Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns

You can return unworn, unwashed product with original tags within 30 daysof delivery for a full refund of the item price (original shipping is non-refundable).

Eligibility

• Tags attached, unwashed, unworn.
• No visible signs of use, smell, makeup, or damage.
• Original packaging where applicable (e.g., yoga mats, bottles).

Final Sale

The following are not eligible for return:

• Items marked Final Sale at purchase.
• Underwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons).
• Gift cards.

How to Return

1. Email hello@ouroborn.com with your order number.
2. We send you a prepaid label (US) or instructions (international).
3. Pack the items, drop off at the carrier.
4. Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt, to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original and place a new order — that way the new item ships immediately.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll cover the return + send a replacement at no cost.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customs duties on the original order are typically non-refundable.
