These terms govern your use of ouroborn.com and any orders placed with OUROBORN ("we", "us"). By accessing the site you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to place an order, or have permission from a parent / guardian.
2. Account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable tax (calculated at checkout based on your shipping address).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stockouts, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
- An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email.
4. Shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders $100+; otherwise $8 flat. Delivery typically 3–5 business days within the US, longer internationally. Delays from carriers, customs, or force majeure are outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property
The OUROBORN name, ouroboros mark, photography, and all site content are owned by OUROBORN. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without permission.
7. User Conduct
- Do not abuse, scrape, attack, or attempt to disrupt the site.
- Do not impersonate another person.
- Do not use the site to violate any law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OUROBORN's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where OUROBORN is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
